UPLOAD FILE FORMATS ALLOWED
There are several file formats accepted for uploads. Refer to the link on your page to find out exactly what formats are accepted. You can upload up to 5 files per contest entry. Take note that the time for upload will depend on the size of your files. If you have any questions regarding this process you should contact LMA at: (888) 486-2466 or hq@localmedia.org
PDF, WMV, MS Word, RTF, XLS, JPG, GIF, PPT
URL link to your website for audio or video
To minimize server errors, please remove spaces from file names before uploading them into the entry system
(ie: Local Media Today July Issue.pdf should be LocalMediaToday_JulyIssue.pdf).
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS / PREPARATION OF ENTRIES
If the category in which you are entering requires a full edition of the newspaper or other criteria of which an electronic copy (in a format listed above) is not available, you may submit that category entry via mail. Please continue to follow the criteria for the category, print off the online Entry Label and attach to entry envelope. Combine multiple entries into 1 envelope and ship to:
